SHIPPING POLICY:
We are using Canada Post or Fedex to ship parcels or packages in Canada and the US state, which is pretty reliable and safe most of time. However, we have to prepare for the unforeseen factors that causes the loss of parcels.
We strongly recommend out clients to purchase shipping insurance to cover the risk in case parcel got LOST for high value products.
